Snooker Live End User Licence Agreement

The App is provided by Ricky Stone, a UK-based sole trader, trading as Snooker Live and FrameWatcher ("Snooker Live", "we", "us", or "our").

Subject to this EULA, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, only as permitted by Apple's App Store terms, Apple Media Services terms, and applicable usage rules.

This is a licence, not a sale. You do not acquire ownership of the App, source code, design, data systems, server software, intellectual property, or Service.

The licence is for your personal, private, non-commercial use only.

You must not:

• copy, sell, rent, lease, lend, distribute, sublicense, publish, or commercially exploit the App;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the App except where the law does not allow that restriction;
• remove, obscure, or alter legal notices, branding, copyright notices, or ownership notices;
• bypass, disable, interfere with, or tamper with subscriptions, Cue Club features, paywalls, security, rate limits, notifications, Live Activities, App Store validation, or server access;
• extract, scrape, bulk download, harvest, mirror, cache, or redistribute app data, scores, predictions, ratings, rankings, notifications, or community content;
• use the App to build or support a competing product, data feed, prediction product, notification system, or commercial snooker data service;
• use the App unlawfully, abusively, fraudulently, or in a way that damages Snooker Live, Ricky Stone, Apple, users, third-party services, players, events, broadcasters, or data providers;
• use the App for betting, gambling, wagering, financial decisions, or similar activity.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

If you are under 18, you must have parent or guardian permission to use the App, enable permissions, use community features, or make purchases.

The App is a snooker information and entertainment app. It is not a betting, gambling, wagering, financial, or professional advice app.

Cue Club may unlock or support premium App and Service features. The available features may change over time.

All iOS purchases, subscriptions, renewals, trials, billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store and your Apple ID. We do not control Apple's billing systems and cannot cancel your Apple subscription for you.

Deleting the App, deleting app data, deleting FrameWatcher data, changing device settings, deleting your installation ID, or stopping use of the App does not cancel an App Store subscription. You must manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple.

Some original paid users may currently receive premium access without an active Cue Club subscription. This is not a permanent promise that every feature, service, data source, server-backed feature, or premium benefit will always remain available. We may change, limit, revoke, replace, withdraw, or discontinue legacy access or legacy-supported features for technical, legal, commercial, operational, data-provider, App Store, security, sustainability, or misuse reasons.

Nothing in this EULA limits consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

We may provide updates, fixes, compatibility changes, redesigns, or new versions of the App. We may also stop supporting older versions.

Older versions of the App may stop working, lose access to server-backed features, become incompatible with FrameWatcher, stop receiving data, stop receiving notifications, or become unavailable.

We may require you to update the App to continue using some or all features.

This EULA applies to your current and continued use of any version of the App that can still access the Service.

The App depends on FrameWatcher, Apple systems, device capabilities, third-party services, data sources, network access, and ongoing maintenance.

We may, with or without notice, update, change, suspend, restrict, remove, revoke, withdraw, or discontinue:

• the App;
• App updates;
• Cue Club features;
• legacy access;
• FrameWatcher services;
• Match Vision;
• predictions;
• Snooker Live Ratings;
• notifications;
• Live Activities;
• community features;
• Apple Calendar sync;
• SnookerHQ news options;
• watch links;
• event, score, player, ranking, or match data.

We may remove the App from sale or distribution, stop supporting the App, or stop operating server-backed features if needed for technical, legal, commercial, security, data-provider, platform, operational, sustainability, or misuse reasons.

Your use of the App is governed by the Snooker Live Privacy Policy.

The App is designed not to require an account and not to ask for your name, email address, Apple ID, payment card details, or postal address.

The App may use an anonymous installation ID, device permissions, APNS tokens, Live Activity tokens, local preferences, time zone, app version, operating system version, community submissions, notification choices, and similar information needed to operate features.

You agree that we may process technical and usage information as described in the Privacy Policy to provide, maintain, secure, debug, protect, and improve the App and Service.

Match Vision, live predictions, score predictions, AI summaries, Snooker Live Ratings, Vision Performance, player form, route to match, head-to-head information, live scores, fixtures, rankings, frame scores, notifications, and Live Activities are provided for entertainment and general information only.

They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, available, or current.

You must not use the App or Service for betting, gambling, wagering, financial decisions, or similar reliance. Snooker Live and Ricky Stone accept no responsibility for decisions made using App content.

If you submit community content, feature requests, issue reports, votes, reports, or feedback through the App, you grant us the rights described in the Terms and Conditions to host, use, moderate, edit, display, remove, and process that content.

You must not submit abusive, unlawful, confidential, infringing, personal, misleading, spam, or off-topic content.

We may restrict or revoke access to community features or the App if you misuse them.

The App may interact with or link to Apple, SnookerHQ, broadcasters, YouTube, Huya, Discord, websites, data sources, event organisers, notification services, Apple Calendar, and other third parties.

We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, terms, privacy policies, fees, restrictions, or behaviour.

Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.

The App, Service, design, code, interfaces, text, layouts, branding, app content, FrameWatcher systems, Snooker Live Ratings presentation, Match Vision presentation, and related intellectual property belong to Ricky Stone or are licensed for use.

You must not copy, reuse, extract, publish, sell, redistribute, or create competing products from the App or Service except where permitted by law.

Third-party names, logos, events, players, broadcasters, platforms, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

We may provide support and maintenance at our discretion. We are not required to provide any specific support, update, feature, compatibility, data source, bug fix, or service level forever.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App, except as Apple may separately agree under its own terms.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee that the App will:

• be uninterrupted, accurate, secure, or error-free;
• meet your requirements;
• remain available;
• support every device or iOS version;
• provide every feature forever;
• deliver every notification or Live Activity;
• show accurate scores, predictions, rankings, ratings, or fixtures;
• continue supporting legacy users or older app versions.

Nothing in this EULA excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent allowed by law, Snooker Live and Ricky Stone are not liable for:

• inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable app data;
• missed, delayed, incorrect, or unavailable notifications or Live Activities;
• predictions, ratings, AI summaries, or sporting insights being wrong;
• betting, gambling, wagering, financial, sporting, commercial, or personal decisions;
• third-party links, Apple services, SnookerHQ, broadcasters, data providers, or external websites;
• loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, opportunity, or anticipated savings;
• indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss;
• misuse, unauthorised use, or breach of this EULA.

If liability can lawfully be limited, our total liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid directly for Snooker Live or Cue Club in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or GBP 50.

This licence starts when you download, install, access, subscribe to, or use the App and continues until terminated.

You may terminate it by stopping use of the App and deleting it from your device. You must separately cancel any App Store subscription through Apple if you want to stop future subscription billing.

We may terminate, suspend, restrict, or revoke your licence or access to the App or Service if:

• you breach this EULA or the Terms and Conditions;
• we suspect misuse, fraud, abuse, scraping, security risk, or unlawful activity;
• required by law, Apple, a regulator, court, platform rule, or third-party provider;
• needed to protect the App, Service, users, data providers, or third parties;
• continued operation is no longer technically, legally, commercially, operationally, or sustainably viable.

On termination, you must stop using the App and delete any copies if requested. Sections intended to survive termination will continue.

You acknowledge that this EULA is between you and Ricky Stone, not Apple.

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Once you accept this EULA, Apple has the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary where applicable.

You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the App, including Apple's App Store and Apple Media Services terms.

You must not use, export, re-export, import, sell, or transfer the App except as authorised by UK law, United States law where applicable, and the laws of the jurisdiction where you obtained or use the App.

You confirm that you are not located in a country or region subject to applicable embargo or sanctions that prohibit use of the App, and that you are not on any applicable prohibited or restricted party list.

We may update this EULA from time to time.

If changes are material, we may provide notice in the App, on a website, through the App Store, by updating the document date, or by another reasonable method. Continued use of the App after updated terms apply means you accept the updated EULA.

If you do not agree, you must stop using the App and manage or cancel your subscription through Apple if needed.

This EULA is governed by the law of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland, or another country where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts or rely on local mandatory protections, those rights are not affected.
